    Intentional Mornings Club

    (ADULTS & MULTI-GENERATIONAL PAIRINGS)

    A curated Saturday morning at the Botanic Gardens — workout, walk, and community — for twelve families at a time.

    Start your weekend with purpose. Each Saturday morning begins with a movement and strength session, followed by a facilitated nature walk along botanical trails. At the end of every Week 4, share life stories over traditional coffee and local toast with fellow club members.

    LIMITED BY DESIGN: 12 MEMBERS ONLY.

    Weekly Expedition @ Singapore Botanic Gardens

    (RECOMMENDED AGES 4–10)

    Using nature as a multi-sensory, safe environment to teach early-childhood emotional regulation and physical co-regulation. Children learn how to manage frustration, collaborate with peers, and safely pivot when their initial hypothesis or plans fail.

    The Critical Thinking Lab

    (AGES 14–16)

    Applied thinking workshop for future-ready learners. Cure the “blank stare”, build resilience, and prepare for interviews and the real world.

    1-day expedition to Fort Gate and Once Upon A Tide exhibition; using Singapore’s history to practise critical thinking through understanding situational factors, problem-solving through solutions design, and empathy through taking on the perspectives of the pioneers.

    The Head Chef's Grocery Run

    (AGES 8 & ONWARDS)

    An immersive financial literacy and nutritional science workshop that drops your child into a live grocery run as a “Head Chef” who’s in-charge of designing a meal plan and sticking to a strict budget.
