Meet Our Founder

Former Consultant at Accenture. Psychology-trained learning architect.

Raine’s work sits at the intersection of psychological science and high-stakes organisational transformation. Her fascination with the cognitive, social, and emotional experience of people began in her teenage years. She spent the latter half of her adolescence and into early adulthood pursuing it academically, developing a lens for how people actually think, decide, and take action.

She carried that lens into Accenture, where she spent five years as a Consultant, advising on technology and data transformation deals worth up to US$200 million and leading delivery teams of over 100 people across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Greater China. She was made Consultant in under three years, against a four-to-five-year average.

It was there, from inside the rooms where these decisions get made, that the lens got tested at scale: she saw that while technology automates tasks, it can never replace human judgment. The people whose careers held up were the ones who could spot unnamed problems, take a position, and own the outcome. Crucially, she realized that traditional resilience—quiet endurance—doesn't prepare a child for that world. The resilience that matters now is the ability to adapt, decide, and create value when nobody hands you the answer.

Raine now designs psychology-informed programmes that build exactly that: the ability to observe critically, take action, and stay resilient and self-directed in an economy that no longer rewards simply knowing the right answer.

In a world where machines can answer almost any question, the most valuable human skill is no longer remembering the answer; it is the ability to ask the question, navigate the unknown, and build a solution where none exists.

  • how to score the “model answer.”

We don't just teach children to learn; we teach them to think when there is no model answer, to turn that uncertainty into tangible impact, and to give you the tools to connect with them on a profoundly deeper level.

Because in an AI economy where answers and dopamine are cheap, resilience & independent thinking are the only competitive advantage, and genuine social connections are the only human advantage.
